The VIDEO/CD-ROM are also entitled The Garand Papers, however they are not text, but about 15 minutes of old Signal Corps footage that show the receivers being made, Mr. Garand with Gen. Stewart, and Gen. Wesson receiving the first Winchester M1 off the line. The film also shows troops firing Model 1903's and then M1 Garands, plus Senior Officers firing the M1 Garand, and other production steps. The CD-ROM also contains plates of early Garands.
