Joe is veteran of four years in the U.S. Naval Construction Forces, more commonly known as the (SeaBees). This was all before he went into education. While in the Navy, his twelve months in Viet Nam left a lasting impression on him. If you have the time, please take a moment or two and visit the Viet Nam Veterans Home Page.
