Here are some of my favorite links on wood carving.  I started doing it a few years ago, but then got away from it due to lack of time, energy, and so on, but I would really like to do more, in my "spare" time. Heck, if I ever carve anything good enough, I might even put a picture of it here.

Chip Carving

Chip carving requires only two knives, and a few other tools, and can produce some fascinating patterns and designs. Read about it:
