“In the Supreme Court and elsewhere, blithe talk about ‘a living Constitution’ conceals the fact that the Constitution is in fact dying as it is being reinterpreted out of existence, whenever it stands in the way of the prevailing zeitgeist.”

—Thomas Sowell

Please be aware that this page was quickly adapted from the pages in use at my local (non-networked) machine. Some links have “file” tags and will not work properly. If you find one that you want to see and you have this problem, please let me know about it by sending me email to behanna@fast.net. I'll fix it as soon as I find the appropriate Round Tuit.

I also realize that this page is rather boring for the eyes. I haven’t tracked down graphics for it yet (pointers to collections of cool graphics and clip art are welcome), and, unfortunately, I don’t have a lot of time to spend on it. It will improve—it’s just going to take some time.

At any rate, I hope you find something in here that is of use to you. NOTE: the first link listed below is reflexive (i.e., it points back to this page). This is an artifact of the fact that my browser at home is configured to load my home page from the local file system rather than from fast.net. I didn’t feel like changing it—it strikes me fancy in a graph theoretical sort of way (yeah, so, I’m a geek—I have a degree from CMU. That’s my excuse, and I’m sticking to it! :-)
