I've been restoring a 72 Gp for about 2 years now. This car was my grandfathers (he bought new) and I love it. I grew up around and in this car, and I always hoped that one day it would be mine. Every-time I looked at it, I was reminded of all those great times of my childhood and of my grandfather. When he pasted a few years back, I made it clear that I wanted it. No one else saw any value in the rusting yellow Gp, I saw a black Gp from the gates of hell. A lot of my friends didn't quit understand either. They were like, " Get a fire bird and put your engine in it" 400 4bbl 400 turbo. I guess they won't understand till I'm done.
