John's 73 Grand Prix

1973 455 Pontiac Grand Prix. Bored 30 over, balance and blueprinted, eagle forged rods, TRW forged pistons, 10.5:1 compression, #96 D-port heads ported and polished, roller rockers, solid lifter camshaft, Torquer 1 manifold port-matched, Turbo 400 tranny heavy duty rebuild, 4000 rpm stall converter. I bought the car just after my 16 birthday from the second owner. He had owned the car for 20+ years. I'm 19 now and the car is still a work in progress. I'll update as i go but it still needs a rollcage, ford 9" rear-end (only has a ten bolt now), slicks, and some NOS. Just about the best sleeper, its great beating hondas with it. Not much a guy can say when a car that weighs in at 4600 lbs with driver beats him. 455 Pontiacs Rule!!!
