I have been a NASCAR fan for the past 18 years!! My "HERO" was DALE EARNHARDT!! I have been watching him drive since his sponsor was Wrangler, in the early 80's. I watched the race on TV, and am shocked to have heard the news of his Death, which he was involved in a crash, on the last lap in the final turn, at the Daytona 500, February 18th, 2001.

My heart and condolences go out to the Earnhardt family.

May The Lord be with them through these trying times.

He was truly a professional driver that I will MISS!!
