Picked up the parts, but still waiting for the Crane Roller Rockers and lifters. I replaced all the rocker arm studs. These should have Permatex Threadlocker RED, applied to the threads, and then torqued to 55-60 ft-lbs. Then I put all the rockers back on. Still need to set for zero lash, when I get the two rockers and two lifters installed.

Hang in there guys!! I got all the parts! She is waiting like an old faithful dog, to be put back together, but its been to Damn cold here in Pennsylvania. I hate a freezing wrench!! The next Saturday above 50'F, lookout!!

I decided to get a whole new set of lifters. I got the set from AMES for the Ram Air IV, since the 041 cam is now in my 400 motor.

OK!! Today looks like a nice day!! I installed all the new lifters, pushrods, and roller rockers. Got the velley pan back on along with the intake. Bolted everything back up. Now I just have to install the spark plug wires, put the upper radiator hose on, fill her up with anti-freeze, and fire her up again!

By Mid Afternoon, I decided to finish the repair. I installed the upper radiator hose, added anti-freeze, installed the spark plugs, distributor cap and wires. Then turned the key and fired her right up. While running, I adjusted all my rocker arms. Shut her down and installed, the valve covers, and the air cleaner. Took her for a ride!!

My first Cruise night with the Classy Cruisers Club here in the Lehigh Valley at the Four O's Minigolf. Cold evening, but had a FUN!! No other full size Pontiacs!

Back with the Classy Cruisers at the South Mall in Allentown. Turnout wasn't so good due to the oncoming thunderstorms. Got my GP in the garage before she got wet and melted!! Met a fellow close by with a Triple black 72 GP automatic, garaged since new. Very nice car!!

Classy Cruisers night at the 4 O's minigolf. Met the fellow with a 67 GP. They are huge!! I thought the 69 was big!! Same color as mine, but with a white convertable top. Very nice!

Went to the Wheels of Time Cruise night in Macungie. What a turnout!! UNREAL!! Had to be over 1500 cars. All types, rods, customs, classics, you name it. Had a live band. Cars started showing up I heard around 2pm. Started at 7pm. Got there around 7:10pm and it was packed. I couldn't believe it!! Left around 10:00pm and there were still many cars there. GREAT TIME!!!
