Around Christmas of 1997 everyone was looking everywhere for one thing -- Tickle-Me-Elmo. The Christmas of 1998 brought us the Furby. The Furby was the hottest toy out there. Stores back ordered Furbys by the thousands. A Furby was what every child wanted, and every parent was looking feverishly in every store to get one.
Furbys are made for children of any age. Just because this toy may be weird-looking and bug-eyed doesn't stop the popularity of it. This toy sneezes, babbles, and shuffles. It speaks another language called Furbish. You must teach it to understand English and how to speak it. It is not only a playful toy but educational too.
