The Voyagers (6th grade team) have embarked upon a science adventure that has taken them down many roads. Students explored the world of living things in a biology unit that included the study of life in a pond located on school property. They particularly enjoyed working with microscopes during the biology unit. Changing direction a bit, the Voyagers next investigated the structure of the earth. Currently the students are learning about body control systems. As you might expect, the Voyagers are eagerly anticipating an upcoming unit on rocketry.
