  • "Thank you so much for this website! It truly is a wonderful resource for those of us who have been badly damaged and left helpless against this MLM giant. For years I have suffered as a "negative" "dream-stealing" wife. I have always felt that there were so many UNChristian things going on in my husband's business. It was such a battle trying to help my husband see these flaws because every time I came up with something that I could clearly see was wrong and in conflict with my beliefs, he would counter with this psuedo-christian answer that he got at a rally and completely tune out what I was saying. I liken those experiences with my husband to be as fruitful as beating my head on the sidewalk. It was an abosolute horror story and I felt so alone in my war with this so-called "Gift from God business." It is such an overwhelming beast and no one could really understand my fear and frustration about it because if you are not involved with the MLM, then there is no way to explain the great detail of problems it causes inside a marriage (not to mention the horendous loss of money). I held on to God daily to get me through so that my marriage would survive. I believe that I am coming to an end of the journey because my husband is finally starting to buy products from the grocery store again. Thank you for Laying out the Biblical Truth and the scripture to back it up! It will be a tremendous help to those who need to prove to their loved ones that wolves can be hidden in sheep's clothing."

  • "Just because you could not make it in this field does not mean that others can not. If you say that material things are of no meaning to you why do you preach that attaining these things are bad? Does it come down to the fact that you are not big enough to enjoy these things? I was taught at a young age that these things do not matter, but you keep dwelling on them. I would be happy just to have my wife and I to raise my children in a good upbringing, teach them what is right and wrong, but what you say I should work my entire life and hope that my children are taught right. My bible tells me that I should work for that wich is right, not let others teach my child the bad things. but you say that bad things will happen and let your child learn these ways. I am sorry but I will raise my children the way that i feel is right, not the way that you feel the world is heading."

  • "I read with interest your thoughts about the Amway business. I have one question and that is ,are you knocking all MLM or is it just Amway that you are attacking? I can only agree with you in one area and that is that is the LORD is coming soon. Earning money and becoming rich is not a sin. Jesus said that it is the love of money that is sinful. I have been an Amway distributor for about seven years and a Christian for over thirty years and I have yet to find where Amway could even come close to being an imitator of Christianity. I know lots of people who are Amway distributors and Christians as well. Many of these have been very successful in their business and have done lots to contribute to the kingdom of God. If you are really wanting to do something for God wouldn't you be better off trying to get people to forsake their sins rather than trying to get them to leave a business that can help them financially? It is not God's will that we live in poverty, but that we are to prosper."

  • "I have to be honest with you when I say, that websites like these are really the work of the Satan."

  • " i found your study on the beliefs of mlm vs. the Bible very refreshing. i am struggling with my personal relationship with God and believe myself fortunate to have stumbled upon your site while searching under the word Bible using Lycos. i am sure you are blessed by God and i again am thankful that you cared enough to put your effort on the internet for people to study. i was exposed to amway a few years back and did not pursue it very deeply because it did not feel right. i wasn't sure exactly why, but i was amused that people who seemed to be well off with other endeavors, (i.e. doctors, business professionals) were hyping it to me. i felt then "why aren't these people happy with what they have?" i attended a few of those mega events put on to mesmerize the new inductees and i nver bought it. i am intrigued that your past included 15 years of this involvement ...wow... how did you ever manage to make a break from it... it must be loike separating from a cult. i am currently reading a book by e.g.white about bible prophesy regarding america and the author seems to be on the same wavelength that you espouse. may Godbless you and keep you. with warmest regards,"

  • " My parents are completely submerged in the Amway game? How can I get them out? They have been ruining relationships with family and friends for almost 7 years and they still believe that soon they will become millionaires."

  • "i was told that amway was spreading horrible rumors about proctor and gamble. saying that they are affiliated with the church of satanis amway the root of this rumor or is ivory soap a product of the enemy of God? i've been a Christian for 14 years now, and i have been approached a number of times to sell Amway. and it always seemed like a money cult to me."

  • "I have been praying for the last four months that I be reunited with a girl I love. I pray earnestly and I know with all my heart that I have found god. How do I know that my prayers answer is yes or just wishfull thinking. For some reason I felt in my heart that the answer was yes, but I don't trust my own heart anymore. Do you have any suggestions. How does god speak to us?"

  • "I would like to know what scriptures you base your biblical standing on. I used to work with a man who was into one of these distributors. I believe it was the same orginazition you were involved in. I can't remember exactly because it has been a long time ago. I would like this information in order to research and take a stand for christ."

  • "I have read your page on MLM. My daughter is now involved and I am trying to get her out. She leaves for California on Thursday. The name of the company is Equinox international corporation based in Las Vegas Neveda. Unfortunately they are now in the Chicago area. I already download Lots on this company...alll bad. Pray my daughter listens. God Bless you in warning your brothers and sisters in Christ"

  • " Was wondering if you have heard of this "creating a new paradigm"? (sp?) Would appreciate any and all info."

  • "The truth needs to reach more people. Sometimes I am sickend by my own sickness, and most of the time do not even realize it. He snaked his ways into nearly every form of good, and don't forget to say "hello". Truth is found, with the right search and God. I want to see more!"

  • "I only had to read one part of your site to know you are incorrect it says in the bible that only a lazy man shall work for another. I would like to know your association with MLM or if your just another web site out to slam something you are not informed on."

  • "My name is------. The other day I found MLM on a job search on the internet. I didn't think anything was wrong with it. I don't know a whole lot about it, but it seems harmless. All they're asking you to do is send out e-mail. Even our pastor says,"It's better to work your mind than it is your body."It's legal, and it doesn't hurt anyone. I don't understand why you're saying it's so bad. They even list A federal agency to call to check on it's legitimicy. Sincerely,"

  • "Hi! I found your site for the first time yesterday and printed out all of it. I am in the process of reading it now, but it seems to me you could add another chapter to the story, so to speak. One of the most offensive things my husband and I experienced as a part of the Amway organization was being trained to ``posture'', ie LIE about things from how busy we were to what we were offering, etc. etc. etc. Any answer to any objection was ``postured.'' After you lie so much, pretty soon you forget the truth. This was the start of our unraveling in the Amway business. We began to see that everything they said or did was in some way or another a deception, if not an out and out lie, but then, is there a difference? One telling experience was our one trip to a Free Enterprise meeting in Phoenix this past Labor Day weekend, in which the ``Legends'' of what? performed. At first, we thought it was people impersonating Diana Ross, Cher and the Spinners?. Then it seems to move through the crowd that these people out there really were Diana Ross, Cher and the all-male black singing group. Cher was much shorter than she looked on TV and when her voice cracked audibly we thought, wow, Cher's really losing it, and think how short Sonny must have really been! But the woman impersonating Diana Ross was a very loving version of the real star. She shook everyone's hand who came near the stage and did indeed look and sound exactly like Diana Ross. My husband and I were impressed, but we thought ole Dexter can afford it. Well, the next day, we find out everyone was a fraud. Upon our arrival home, we saw Diana Ross on TV almost being arrested in an airport in London and upset about being frisked or something like that. So to us, our Free Enterprise experience included an actual example of being deceived by the entertainers who were frauds or ``counterfeits'' of the real stars, and, well, that became our description of Amway... a counterfeit of the real thing. And we all know who the real counterfeit is, don't we? SATAN! Praise God we were out of that organization in a record four months, and probably with a record debt, too. But I am learning in whatever circumstance I find myself in to be content, right? My husband and I both approve of your work and hope that you continue. We like all that we have read. Oh, yeah, I want to know about the online Bible study you speak of on your website."

  • " Great page. That was the exact kind of biblical proof I was looking for to prove that amway and quixtar was wrong. This is just a guess, but you were in amway, probably the britt group. I noticed you haven't finished a lot of the sections. Could you keep me up to date when finish new sections? Thanks,"

  • "I am kind of kidding about the subject heading telling you to hurry. I can't wait to see the rest of the topics when you are done like twisting scripture etc. I have just decided to leave the Britt system part of the Amway Quixtar business. I once thought God had his hand on this business, but now I know Satan is all around it and has cleverly deceived many through the false word faith movement and other occultic practices and deceptions too numerous to mention. I applaud you for having this web site about MLM's. Regards,"

  • " You really have to learn to lighten up a little! There is nothing wrong with material things or money. It is how you use them and it is important that you never measure your self worth by them.God is really ok with comfort. God wants us to have money, it allows us to live on a different level. To have enough money to live on and then some, allows us the God given freedom to have the joy of mind and freedom of spirit to see the world through different eyes.it is important that we do not wait for money and things to realize this level of living , however...I know God has no problem with me working towards gaining wealth for me and in turn others. Wealth makes it a whole lot easier my friend. You make God out to be this strict, finger pointing parent. You are wrong. Be careful not to hide behind the words of the bible to hide some kind of anger you are harboring for what ever reason. The anger is very evident. I have witnessed it before.
    be careful and God bless"

  • "I would like to thank you for your website. My brother and sister-in-law have been distributors with the Worldwide Dream Builders for 6 years now. They are Christians caught up in a cult imitating true Christianity. They have not financially profitted because they haven't been "building the business" like "God calls them to do." My husband and I have used your website as a prayer source and information guide. Althougth our relationship with them is almost next to nothing because of our standing up for Christ and His teachings in opposing Amway Motivational Organizations, God had been preparing our hearts for someone else. Some friends of ours have almost gotten totally into WWDB in an introduction, but websites like yours have helped equipped us with Scripture that opposes this organization's foundations. Our friends had been feeling an urging from the Holy Spirit that something was just not right. Our brother and sister-in-law and their church are filled with non-truths such as the health and wealth doctrine and visualization and material goal-setting, so I am eager to see all of the additions you are making to your website.WWDB is dangerous, as Satan is masquerading as the righteous. We thank you for your time in developing this website and the information we have used to specifically pray for our family and friends."
  • "Dude, what are you talking about? I think you are just flaming because you failed in Network Marketing. I have been in it for a few months, and I see some things, but if you talk about the industry itself, it's here to stay, and it not a tool from the devil, even though he uses it at times. -just like TV."

  • "Please send me a bible study on MLM marketing. I have been involved with Primerica for 9 years part time and 2 years full time. I have lost $60,000 and have been told to be successful you must go full time. I feel like my soul has been sucked out from me. I need help"
  • "your site is great. My wife and I worked the business for ten years, believed the lies, went to the functions, did all the things you talked about. It was the "curiosity approach" that set me on the road to unraveling my Amway experience. I got tired of being told that a lie in not a lie and I began to think if a person must lie to build this business, well then. I truly believe that God led me to the mlm survivors homepage. I had been in prayer one morning asking God where my focus should be in my life ,on the Amway business or on my insurance practice. I went to get in to the "Quixtar" site later that morning and I did something wrong,I think. But whatever I did instead of ending up in the Quixtar site I ended up at the MLM survivors homepage. What I found!!! All my suspicions about the business, all the things I questioned..verified. That was the beginning of the end. Thank you for your God of the Bible Vs. God of MLM website ."

  • "My soon to be ex husband and I built the Amway business for 5 years and are still "in the Business" but certainly not active. Most of the information in your web site is right on the mark. I do believe that wealth in and of itself is not evil, and is from God, but what these people are doing that are at high levels within the organization I was in, is sinful, and evil. ANd I wonder how many even know what they have thems selves into, because it can all sound so good and right. The MLM business' are a tool, just like any business and they are not evil, it's what they are doing with it that causes the problems. The products that I used and still do are good and do save money over the long run, but what takes place at functions, and what our upline did to us, (which in and of it's self is a horror story, for which I wrote a long letter to Amway letting them know what is representing there company out there). is where the real tragity lies, and is where Satan is definately working and reigning. I don't think this was Rich and Jay's dream when they started making soap in there basements. The greed of man has taken over. Thank you for your insite and warnings. I hope more will read them and understand."

  • "I too have been involved, off and on, for about 15yrs with the god of MLM. I actually learned who my savior is and found true peace at a seminar Sunday service. Ironically, the discovery of His truth allowed me to realize that the whole "Business training" process was perverse. But I continued in the business because admittedly the marketing concept is a good one and I figured if I could use the system to bring others to the same realization I came too, then I was furthering Christianity. I don't know how many people I recruited who found God then left the business because God given free will, despite the brain washing system, allowed them to see His truth. Not very profitable but effective at saving souls and spreading the Word. Thankfully your page has helped me realize that I'm just flirting with Satan. Despite the superior quality of some of the products, it isn't even good business anymore. Even when you buy the products from yourself at "wholesale", you can find them cheaper elsewhere. I was once told "wouldn't you pay a little more for something, if you could buy it from yourself and be in this business?". I'm sure the right answer is "NO!". I was also told "the reason we pay a little more for our products is for controlled growth. Could you imagine how uncontrollable this business would be if our products were really cheaper than everything out there?" I would be interested on your take of the business aspect as well. I couldn't agree more that the training system is very dangerous. I thank God every day for making me realize this businessshould never be a priority over the gifts he entrusted me with, my wife and family. Now I thank you for this web sight and insight. I just hope people will take the time to research the Bible books around the verses you quote. Then they will see the true context and how the god of MLM distorts it. I'm putting a link to your site on my personal WEB page. Thanks again and God bless. "

  • "What a great website. I was listening to an Amway/Quixtar tape the other day and the speaker said something like, "I never really understood what 'the fear of the Lord" meant until I was in the presence of...(major upline pins)". Sounds like idolatry to me. "

  • "I have been involved with an MLM system for 9 years part time and 2 years full time. It is Primerica and all of the things I have been reading on your home page sound exactly what I have been hearing for the past 12 years. Please send me the Bible Study."

  • "OK, I'm a Christian helping a lot of sick people get well on USANA nutritional supplements. I used to earn 50% selling health products in my retail store. Now I earn 10% every time my clients buy direct from the company. Show me what you got that should make me change back to the 50% system."

  • "I have just been reading on the internet The God of the Bible vs. the god of MLM and have printed some of it and am tiring of waiting on my slow printer. I have soooooo needed these scriptures compiled in one chunk --my husband has become involved with Amway/Quixtar through a NEW member of our Church--I have been a member since my birth and my husband a member since our marriage 14 years ago. We are both Christians, active in our church--I am pianist, he is the worship leader. WE are not strangers to God and the scripture. But, this conflict in our marriage has led us to a christian marriage counselor. My husband wants to hear nothing "negative" about "the business". I have prayed and prayed and read and read and am hoping for a time that I will be able to share these scriptures with him. I was just wondering if this study was available in book or pamphlet form. Thanks for any help that you might give me. My discovery of you is 9 months too late. I wish I had found this before he signed on the dotted line. If you are a Christian, I so covet your prayers that God might shine light on the darkness that has invaded my home."

  • "I read a little of your web site and I think you are doing a wonderful job. Keep it up. "
