50. William7 Maxfield was born in 1724 in probably, Ballymor, Ireland. one story has William born on board ship on the trip from Ireland to Marblehead.42,64 He married Susanna Webb, daughter of Samuel Webb and Bethia Farrar, on 4 Nov 1753 in Gorham, ME.42 He married Mary Wescott (see #51), daughter of William Wescott and Dorcas Skillings, on 21 Mar 1763 in Windham, ME; the date of marriage could have been July, if the March date was derived from the Quaker recording of the third month.42,65 He died in 1775 in Windham, ME.

He came to Windham from Marblehead as a "young man" and an apprentice to second settler William Mayberry.

Nathan7 Partridge (Preserved, #80) was born on 3 Aug 1738 in Medway, MA.68 He married Anne Conant (see #53), daughter of Joseph Conant Jr. and Anna Shackford, on 1 Jan 1781 in Westbrook, ME; could have been recorded as 1st month, which might make it March.40,68 He died on 28 Jan 1786 in Westbrook, ME, at age 47; fell under his sled and instantly killed at Saccarappa, ME. Left a widow and eight children.68,69

54. Simeon7 Estes (Henry, #84) was born in 1754.73 He married Hannah Austin (see #55), daughter of John Austin and Hannah ___. He died in Aug 1856 in Raymond, ME.

56. Nicholas7 Varney (Ebenezer, #88) was born on 21 Feb 1739/40 in Dover, NH.44 He married Mary Estes (see #57), daughter of Edward Estes and Patience Carr, on 28 Nov 1764 in Falmouth, ME.44

62. Jesse7 Bradford (Ezekiel, #97) was born on 7 Mar 1758 in Kingston, MA.8 He married Judith Weston (see #63), daughter of John Weston and Marcy Samson, in 1781 in Kingston, MA.8,47,82 He died on 20 May 1829 in Turner, ME, at age 71.8

He preceded his father Ezekiel, in entering Maine. He came to Turner shortly after brother William and settled on the lot next south of him, what is commonly called the Barnum Jones place. He married Judith Weston of Kingston, Mass., in 1781. The first houses of William and Jesse were very near together. Jesse afterward built a large two story house. Still later he moved to Turner Center formerly known as Bradford Village, where he built another large house, and also lumber and flour mills. Jesse has more descendants living who bear the family name than any of Ezekiel's sons, and a large number are still living in Turner. Jesse died May 21, 1829, aged 71 years. His wife Judith died Nov. 6, 1842. They were both buried at Turner Center.

Jesse Bradford performed service in the Revolutionary Army, being on guard of Burgoyne's captured army, 1777. He was a collector of taxes 1790-91; on school committee 1796, and selectman 1811-12, 14-15. Jesse Bradford spent most of the active period of his life in business in the village. He with others built a sawmill and gristmill at Turner Center, in 1795. The gristmill was burned not long after its erection, and was rebuilt by Jesse.21

64. Seth7 Rose (Asa, #101) was born on 5 Feb 1771 in Berkley, MA. He married Cynthia House (see #65), daughter of Caleb House and Elisabeth Randall, on 13 May 1796. He died on 4 Jan 1861 in Greene, ME, at age 89.

66. Benjamin7 Goodwin (Benjamin, #105) was born on 10 May 1781 in Kennebunk, ME.50 He married Miriam Gilpatrick (see #67) on 16 Dec 1804 in Lyman, ME.88,89 He died on 18 Mar 1860 in Lyman, ME, at age 78.50

68. David7 Nichols (David, #107) of Berwick, ME was born on 16 Nov 1762 in South Berwick, ME. He married Sarah Pope (see #69), daughter of Stephen Pope and Mary Buffum, on 12 Nov 1787 in Salem, MA.90,91,92 He died in Sep 1820 at age 57.

70. Lemuel7 Richardson (Lemuel, #111) was born on 13 Dec 1752 in Coventry, CT.58 He married Rachel Lothrop (see #71), daughter of Jonathan Lothrop and Rachel Ladd, on 2 Jun 1774 in Coventry, CT.58 He died on 26 Sep 1826 in Waitsfield, VT, at age 73.

He was a saddler and harness maker.

72. Joseph7 Perkins (Josiah, #115) was born on 23 Dec 1754 in Plympton, MA.36,94 He married Sarah Cushman (see #73), daughter of Isaiah Cushman and Sarah Ring, in Oct 1780.36,94 He died on 28 Jan 1836 in Hebron, ME, at age 81.36

He was a cordwainer in Hebron, ME.36 He in 1797 bought lot 8, in the 5th range, 2d division, now East Oxford, from Mr. Whitney. He was pensioned in 1819; for service in the Mass. Continentals.36

74. Moses7 Houghton (Elisha, #119) was born on 22 Mar 1781 in Fitchburg, MA.96 He married Martha Haskell (see #75) in 1802.97 He died on 31 Oct 1847 in Locke's Mills (sometimes called Woodstock), Greenwood, ME, at age 66.98
