The Uh! awards are for the most thoroughly enjoyable web pages. These pages are funny, look nice, have a lot of content, and are, in most cases, updated regularly.

[Hm!]

The Hm! awards are for pages that are equally funny and enjoyable, but without as much content. They are more for a quick laugh, without the exploration. These pages aren't required to be updated regularly, although it is nice.

Welcome to the official New Ground Remix "Uh!" awards! Why are they called the "Uh!" awards? Because I was feeling especially un-creative on the night I came up with them. I want to have an awards section. Here are the reasons:

- I wanted to expose people to some of my favorite sites.

- Promotes my own page when they put the award on their page.

That's about all there is to it. In order to win this award, your site has to be truly exceptional. I don't just mean flashy. There are plenty of sites that I think are great, but there are only a select few that are so good that I devote hours of reading time to them. These are the sites that qualify for this award...

Note: My reviews are generic because at the time I am writing them, I'm not in the mood.

SpinnWebe

This is, by far, my favorite place on the web. It features some of the funniest web activities, such as the Dysfunctional Family Circus, and its spin-off, Dysfunctional Life. These have to be seen. SpinnWebe also features boatloads of humorous literature, and the Magic 9 Ball. Check it out!

ZUG

ZUG has a lot of funny stuff to read, especially the pranks section. I have done similar tricks, if you check out the feedback section of NGR. I read the entire pranks section, and was so amused that I may start a similar section here at NGR. It just looks like too much fun to pass up.

Hitch

Hitch is basically an advertisement for a magazine, but the articles are funny. I am not sure yet if they update the articles every other month, or if what is there is the only sample of the magazine, but what is there was a lot of fun to read. Funny stuff.

Mr. T Ate My Balls

Holy $#%@!!! This page might possibly win the award for making my friend and I laugh more than any other page in history. If it is your type of humor, I garantee this page will have you rolling on the floor, farting, and throwing up from laughing so hard. It's that good! Also, follow the link to the Chewbacca Ate My Balls page. It is by the same people, just as funny, and loads faster, actually! Mr. T was the original, though, and I pity the fool who doesn't check this out! DAMN IT'S FUNNY!
